Unlike other Tampa portrait photographers and portrait studios, you also get all of the pictures which are taken. We don’t hold any back and try to sell them back to you, or make you buy prints from us after the portrait photography session, as we do not agree with this practice. You will get ALL of the unedited picture files from your portrait photography session, as well as a limited number of edited picture files of your choice. The only extra charges are for clients who want more picture files edited, AND those charges are never hidden!
One reason that we decided to start offering consumer portrait photography services in the Tampa Bay area is what we have seen Tampa portrait studios do to their clients, which goes way beyond doing photography which we didn’t approve of. Frankly, we don’t like what they do, and get away with, and neither should you. Some portrait studios offer low sitting fees, and then sell their clients prints. The problem with this is that the only way that their clients can get their pictures is to buy prints, and this adds up to far more than the client would have paid if they knew what they total cost would have been. Want all of the 40 or 50 picture files on a CD so that you can print them out yourself? Get ready for a shock! Expect to pay between $500.00 and $700.00, on average, for those mediocre 40 to 50 unedited files on a CD. It is inexcusable, and we seriously question the ethics of any portrait photographer who practices business with hidden, outrageously high fees! Now, would you have paid the portrait studio for pictures if you had known that from the beginning? Of course not, and we wouldn’t blame you for passing that up. Additionally, regarding the mediocre photography, some Tampa portrait photography studios hire inexperienced photographers who really don’t care what kind of pictures that they give you.
